Sourdough Loaves - Reheating Instructions

Sourdough loaves are best consumed fresh within 2-3 days. After this time, remaining sourdough can be frozen to prolong freshness

1. Slice your sourdough, place squares of parchment paper between the slices (optional), and freeze the bag.

2. When ready to eat, simply remove the number of slices required and toast!

Alternatively, loaves can be frozen without slicing, and refreshed in the oven.

1. Defrost the frozen loaf completely

2. Preheat the oven to 160C

3. Run the defrosted loaf under the kitchen tap for 5 seconds to wet it completely

4. Place the loaf directly on the oven rack and heat for 10-12 minutes
